Team registration

 

Teams are a great way to participate in the Highmark Walk for a Healthy Community.

Teams can raise money for one organization or each member can raise funds for the organization of their choice.

Registering your team is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Create a Team Name.
  2. Choose a Team Captain.

    • Team Captains can help organize and energize team members by keeping them informed about walk activities, create contests among team members and coordinate team fundraisers like bake sales and car washes.

  3. Each member of the team must register using the online registration form or by using the walk brochures available at participating organizations.

    • To indicate you are walking with a team, simply mark the appropriate box on the registration form and remember to include your Team Name and Team Captain.

  4. Team members will receive confirmation by mail that includes a letter, donation form and donation envelope. Donations are collected on the day of the walk.
